please have a quick look to familiarize with my terms of service.
by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

♥️ PAYMENT ♥️

• Full payment is to be done after the first initial sketch review.
• Commissions are in $USD only.
• PayPal or Stripe invoice will be sent to the commissioner after agreement between artist and commissioner.

♥️ WORKFLOW ♥️

• I will only start on sketches after I receive all required details from the commissioner.
( Please refer to 'How to Order' )
• I do only 4 revisions during the sketching phase, anything more i will charge an extra $5. After you're satisfied with the sketch, no more changes will be made.
• Once I send out sketches, and everything is okay, a PayPal or Stripe invoice will be sent.
• After I've received the payment, I will start on your commission.
• Turn around time will be between 7-10 days, or longer depending on the amount of commission.

♥️ EDITS ♥️

• If commissioner wants any changes once the commission is finished, extra charges will incur. This only applies if I have to redraw anything.
• Color changes are welcomed before i send the files to you, with no extra charges. After I send the files, color changes will have extra charges.

♥️ RUSH FEES ♥️

• If you would like to skip the wait-list, an extra 50% of the total commission price may be paid.
• This will push your order to the front of the queue.

♥️ CANCELLATION ♥️

• Commissioner may cancel on order if the artist has not started. Any payments will be refunded.
• If commission has already started, no refunds will be issued.
• Once sketches has been sent to the client, and client decides not to commission, a fee for each sketch of $10 will be charged.

♥️ COPYRIGHT POLICY ♥️

• I hold all copyright to my artwork.
• Commissioner may re-post and use the commission without majorly editing the artwork.
• Credits must be given to the artist.
• Commissioner is not allowed to reproduce or alter commissioned piece to resell for profit.
• If commisioner would like to buy rights to the commissioned art, extra 70% charges of the total commission will incur or flat fee of $35 for each art.
• Please let me know early if you decide to do merch for emotes/badges.
